Certificates will be issued upon receipt of payment for the completed course.
Purchase order number will secure provisional bookings
Cancellation of a course by the client within 7 days of the course start date is non-refundable and will be charged in full
Cancellation of a course by the client within 14 days of the course start date will incur a charge of 25% 0f the course value
